Discounted Wheel Warehouse SCAM ARTIST, FRAUD, LIARS... DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID! Fullerton California

Discounted wheel warehouse is the biggest scam artist i have ever dealt with my entire life. I ordered rims from them and they first off promise them in a week and then it takes 12 days. They never call you back or email you your "comfirmation" number like they say they would, nope.. you have to call them yourself!

So i finally get my rims in and i go to a local shop to put them on and one of them rims end up being a different bolt pattern.. so i call them up and they forward me over to the manager(lani). The manager(lani) looks into it and says "ohh i see how that happend" i wil take care of that for you and send you a fax in the morning with a return label, you will deffin. have it by 12pm"

12pm comes and i still have no fax, so i again call in and told them i havent recieved it. after waiting another hour i finally recieve it and i call ups to get someone to pick it up and it ends up being a invalid tracking number!

Again, i called discounted wheel warehouse and spoke to manager(lani) and he gives me a real tracking number this time. after 10 days they recieve my shipment and said there was nothing wrong with the rims and the guy at the shop i wen to were "idiots". i argued and fought with lani but he refused to send me another rim, i politely asked for my refund and they said ok you have to pay for shipping and restocking fee! after all this mess i simply asked for my orginal rim and tire which i already paid for and they told me i have to pay $70 to get it back for shipping!

please DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS, they will rip you off, lie to you, and youll pay for a product that you will never recieve! Lani and eddie will deffin be hearing from the BBB and my lawyer shortly!
