What a horrible experience...they ruin my first time ever buying wheels...so I ordered wheel and tire package in aug took forever for them to arrive..when they did they gave me the wrong bolt pattern on the wheels which I had to ship back at my own expense ...once they rcvd the return I was frustrated with this company and wanted nothing but my refund...My FULL refund..however they took over 1200.00 dollars out of my checking acct and they only wanna refund me 960 dollars talking about this is there return policy for re stock and otherr s**t they wanna make up...however they messed up on giving me the wrong bolt pattern so Im out of money that I used to ship back and the difference from what they took out of my acct...this is a shady business and I would never reccommend ANYONE there....The Manager Gasilda is very unprofessional she treated me unfair from the time I called in frustrated over not receiving what I ordered.. she didnt treat me like a valued customer AT ALL..instead she told me "I have other customers to deal with"  I thought "I" was a customer afterall you just took 1200.00 dollars out of my acct and now im not worthy enough for you to deal with because of YOUR mistake! this business needs to be stop its unfair for customers like myself to have to endure such a bad bad experience ....i will be contacting the better business bearu ...this is not exceptable.....they need customer service classes and need to be TRAINED on how to handle escalated issues...becasue the way they are conducting business their profolio will be full of unhappy customers or if were lucking they will go out of business...Please I beggggggg whoever reads this ...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY>>>YOU WILL REGRET IT
