Do Not Use This Company If You Need Anything For A Scheduled Event!!!

Ordered items and they were to be delivered on a Friday for a grand opening on the following Wednesday. Friday afternoon when no UPS or Fed-Ex shipments arrived, I tried to find a number to call, as they are an internet based business.

I called a number that said all customer service issues must be handled by e-mail. I immediately sent an e-mail and figured I would get a shipment status on Monday as it was Friday afternoon and even later in Miami.

Monday morning no reply, so I sent another. I finally called on Monday mid-day and was told that a manager would call me back. No return call received. I called several times no Tuesday and each time after long holds, I was told they were trying to track down my order.

I was finally told at 6 p.m EST on Tuesday that my order never got out of their art department. Not one phone call or e-mail from them that my order was delayed. Not one of my e-mail messages was returned and reaching them by phone is near impossible.

Buyer beware!! This company has no customer service policies whatsover. Their manager Steven, was also too scared to get on the phone when I made my last call. He had the receptionist work as an intermediary. Nice touch.
