I ordered a $200 Tourmaline hairdryer through amazon sold by this company in December of 2009. It quit working in August of 2010. I was promised a replacement by this company if I returned my broken hairdryer as it was still under warranty per this company's policy.

I sent the broken hairdryer back with documentation that they received the hairdryer on September 11, 2010 and have heard nothing from the company since. I have called multiple times and spoken with one rude individual who puts me on hold for 15 minutes at a time and then disconnects the call. My requests to speak with a manager are dealt with the same way. I have also sent many unanswered emails.

I have tried to get amazon involved but they state it is too late to help and I think DiscountsJungle knows this and ignores my complaints.

I am now out of a $200 hairdryer that I could have taken somewhere to be repaired instead but now this company has it and will not answer my concerns!

DO NOT buy from this company, through amazon or on their website despite the low prices! I wish I had paid a little more to avoid this headache!
