purchased 2-pack inkjet for my printer, received confirmation of order on same day. no note as to date of delivery. emailed them on 2/20/10 no reply back. called them on 2/22/10, 2/23/10 no one answered phone. called again 2/25/10 someone picked up the phone and hung up. called back and they must of took the phone off the hook, busy signal. called world laser in denver co after receiving my credit card statement with the charge and that number referred me to another number and that turned out to be some rewards company for insurance. I called my credit card company and filed a fraud complaint. they removed the charges. totally a fraud company. beware of free shipping without a delivery time.
