On 2/20/10 I placed an order through discounttoneronline.com to purchase several refurbished ink cartridges.  I recieved an immediate email receipt, so I didn't think twice about it.  It looked very professional.  The money was taken out of my account on 2/23/10, but I never recieved the cartridges.  The phone number given is not working, my emails to them came back, and the website is no longer in use.  What a sham!  So, basically, I just donated $37.22 to some loser!

I have been in contact with the BBB and other fraud reporting agencies.  I'm hoping they can come up with a solution to this problem!
