Discover Card Services fraud card services St Charles Missouri

I wrote about a month and a half ago to the dept of justice about discover card credit card services, in which i explained to them that after my devorse, my ex husband was ordered to pay this credit card off, according to the devorse decree. well he fell into hard times and lost his job and could no longer pay any of his bills. so he filed bankruptcy. which included the discover card. well after two years I recieve a phone call from discover card telling me that i am now responsible for this debt. and that they did not have to abide by the laws of our state and will proceed with collections.

how is it my husband was able to file this under bankruptcy and discover can send this debt to collections on me. this is wrong and i wont be held responsible for this debt. I want you to contact discover card and tell them that they cannot do whatever they want, when bankruptcy was filed on this debt, and i want this debt removed from my credit report. there has to be something else going on here, ever since bush got into office, the dept of justice has gone from taking care of business to letting these asswipes do whatever they want whenever they fell it suits them. its about time we had a change in this country and i wish you people would help me out on this problem, they have now ruined my chances of getting any kind of a badly needed home loan from the feds. which brings to mind i filed a complaint with the feds too, and have heard nothing from them as well. please help me get this removed from my credit report. and have them eat this debt that was sent to bankruptcy.
