Dish Network - Echostar SKY ROCKETING FEES BY DISH ( more than your package prices), Internet

I signed for the dishnetwork for the international package and it's close to $25/month. They also offered the local package and i initially took it. They came and after 6 months attempts, finally they decided to not install the dish receiver, but wanted me to ask my neighbour to use their receiver which is mounted on top of the roof. So i negotiated with my neighbour and they just put the box ( dvr) and completed the installation. After the first month, they started adding me close to $40 worth fees for my $25 package. When i called the customer service, they concluded to give the credit. next month when i look at the bill, they just gave the credit for the $10 and still insisting me to pay the entire bill. I had spoken to the manager and he also did not want to give any credit for the access fees, new customer leased HD receiver fees.
