 I would like to say that I purchased Credit Repair Scammer Mike Citron "Credit Repair buisness in a box" and his Dispute Suite Credit Repair Systems only to be ripped of by Mr Mike Citron. I am here to expose him as the fraud artist that he is, who lives off the dreams of people who want to start there own business. I purchased both programs for over $2,000.00 after being pressured by one of his sales people. they promised me the world and I was at a weak point of my life.


  Mike Citron assured me personally he would help me with the Dispute Suite Credit Repair System only to desert me and never asnwer my phones after I mailed him the check. This man is a fast talking scam artist who hires men and woman like him who took me to the ground with the last $2000.00 to my name due to my health condition.


I am now in hospice and pray god forgives this scam artist and what he did to me. I was planning on giving the money to my daughter. Please everyone stay away from Mike Citron Dispute Suite Credit Repair Scam and Credit Repair Business in a box--very manipulative man-big scam artist--

My clients and referral partners can't login for the portal I paid THOUSANDS for!

NO WARNING SO WE COULD PREPARE OR ANY INFORMATION WHY ...

As an attorney in the consumer credit field I have had the pleasure of meeting Mike Citron and getting to know his business reputatation and I am familar with his tactics and find Mike to be extremely knowledgeable in the Industry.  Further I know a lot of people who have purchased his products and done business with him and every person who I know thinks highly of Mike.  His reputation is one of integrity and honesty.  And I second that opinion.

I cannot say enough good things about Mike Citron and Dispute Suite Credit Repair Systems. Mike recently came to Chicago to give my staff a demo of the software. Mike was very patient with my staff and answered all their questions. We spent most of the day with Mike and not once did every try to sell us anything. Mike Citron wants us to feel comfortable with him and the Dispute Suite Credit Repair Systems before we buy it. Mike Citron has to be one of the most knowledgeable people on credit repair that I know and I have been doing this for over 20 years.

Mike Citron is a man of integrity, honor and believes in giving, giving, giving first and foremost.

He has proved that with me personally and with many, many, many others that I personally know.

I am an industry professional of 11 years now and have become extremely knowledgeable about the credit repair industry.  When I met Mike, less than a year ago, I discovered someone who was not only passionate about helping consumers but dedicated in the establishment of ethical industry standards applied to a united group of professionals that have one common goal and that is to operate at the highest levels of compliance while providing superior service to each one of their customers.

I have always been able to schedule a meeting and discuss credit repair topics with Mike and Mike has always exceeded my expectations through his relentless pursuit of quality service as well as his incredible knowledge and advice for the very best in business practices. 

Mike believes in Paying it Forward and lives by that example.  He gave of himself, his knowledge and resource tools long before receiving any compensation from me and never once asked to be paid for his generosity.

Whoever wrote this is a malicious person, to write these false allegations against someone who has never done anything but help the people around him..Its sad that you even have to results in putting someone down in order to pick yourself up. How could you be in hospice and instead of praying to God  to help you get your affairs together you spend that time attempting to humiliate someone who would do nothing but help.  I'm not very computer literate yet I'm able to use Dispute Suite and Business in a box and any question I have he's willing to answer.  While at boot camp Mike stayed and answered question until midnight and I'm sure he didn't want to stop then. To say that Mike sold you something and left you hanging with no support is misleading and deliberately attempting to damage Mikes reputation and since of pride. He has always told us, the people in the credit business to always be honest and compliant with all laws  and people we deal. May God forgive you for making false accusation against Mike and whom ever else you have lied on..Jealousy will get you nowhere. I hope you get your life together with God and quit trying to make everyone else miserable.

First, I would like to thank Mike Citron and his team at Dispute Suite for their strong commitment to this industry and helping everyone on the way. My business has began to strive more and more as I take advice from one of the industries most selfless leaders.

Now with that being said, I would venture to say that all these accusations are outright lies and a deperate act to smear the name of a Man and a Company that is only here to help. This is a classic case of buyer's remorse. What sounded good to her at the time no longer makes since and is going to require work in order to be profitable.

This person's lack of ambition and health issues have no bearing on Mike Citron nor the company he so willingly opens to the masses without reproach. In fact I am sure that if any other avenue was used other than "Rip-Off" report Mike would have been happy to come to an agreement or some type of reimbursment for services.

I recently purchased a Boot Camp Ticket for Tampa from Mike Citron that he clearly had a 30 day refund policy. Unfortunately I was unable to attend the Boot Camp. Mike's team at Dispuite Suite refunded a portion of my purchase toward my existing services and assured me that I would still receive all videos and materials from the Boot Camp.

Did I get a full refund? No. I was not entitled to one since I clearly violated the 30 day refund policy but being the gracious person Mike Citron is who the team is that supports him, I still got compensated for more than I was entitled.

Scam? No way. Rip off? Never. Outstanding person and Business? Obsolutely! Special thanks to Mike Citron, Michael Luce' and the whole Dispute Suite Crew! Keep up the great work and I speak for the whole industry when I say "We are grateful".

I have known Mike for 2 years and don't believe this post from Salt Lake City.  This is not the Mike Citron I know, and I know the poster's characterization of Mike Citron does not exist.  I respect Mike's honesty and integrity; he has given so much to the credit repair industry.  Keep doing what you do Mike, there should be more like you.

I read the original report with great skepticism due to its over dramatic theme. I purchased the "business in a Box" system and found it easy to implement and utilize.

I do have some prior business experience and I'm knowledgable in the credit industry. I (as a matter of good business practice) did do some research before deciding to purchase the Dispute Suite product so I know there are alot of scammers out there, Mr. Citron was not one of them.

 I have to question the complaintants percentage of responsibility in all this. I wonder if he really gave the system the time and energy required to make it or any other business successful. His complaint said he was at a weak point in his life, did this bleed over into his business practices ? Is he possibly blaming Mr. Citron for something that really had alot more to do with himself ? If it was truely his last $2000.00, did he actually have enough money to operate a business ? These are all questions we should ask prior to giving his complaint any credibility.

My dealings with Dispute Suite went very smooth, I never felt pressured by Mr. Citron or his staff to purchase thier product. I have since my purchase, called on thier expertise on multiple occasions and havent had any problems with contacting them or getting any of the help I have needed.

I fully trust and would recommend Dispute Suite's "Business in a Box" system to anyone who is ready and able to take on a business model with unlimited potential. Once we have received all the required documentation along with your payment for the $299.00 set up fee, you are on your way to better credit! 

That's a pretty hefty "set up" fee!  Kindly explain how this is not a violation of the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act?

Step Two: Fill out our customer agreement paperwork.

And a copy of this "customer agreement paperwork is where on your website?  Does your customer agreement paperwork have all the mandated disclosures required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act?

Step Four:  Monthly payments!
Make sure you go back to our website every 30 days and make your required monthly payment of $59.99 or you will get a friendly call/mail reminder from us.  You can also set up automatic drafts from your checking account to avoid forgetting.

Monthly payments of $59.99?  That's pricey as well.  Kindly explain how this monthly payment is NOT a violation of the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act?  You know, the part that states you cannot accept payment until the "work" is completed?

Kindly explain why of copy of your "customer agreement" is not available on your website?

Also explain why your website requests folks fill out a form with name, phone number, email address WITHOUT USING ENCRYPTION???  You know, SSL (secure socket layer.)

Take your time shill, er.. ma'am, we'll wait.

A Poor Attempt....

I wish to make clear that the services offered by Mike Citron and Dispute Suite have always been, and I fully expect will continue to be beneficial to my companies and the industry as a whole.  The services his company has offered us have been nothing short of spectacular.



At this time everyone is well aware of the premature soft launch of our new marketing campaign which involves offering a $10K Line of Credit.  This is a product that has been super sucessful for my Credit Correction Company and our Mortgage Partners and when we secured the exclusive rights to bring it to the credit repair market we used some incorrect terminology that led people to believe that they were purchasing tradelines which we all know is unethical.



I owe Mike Citron a big thanks for bringing to my attention the representation changes that needed to be made and our Attorneys agreed.  It is difficult to contain the excitement that this offering has brought to the industry but I know I can count on Mike Citron to keep an eye out for all of us.



I wish to clear up any misperceptions that there may be anything but a positive working relationship between myself and Mike Citron. In addition I will join with Mike in asking this website to disclose the source of the original posting as I am sure everyone can tell is a poor attempt at slander or a sad cry for help.



Mike Citron has my full support as always and I will continue to look to him as a watchdog.

My husband and I started a Credit Repair Company in Missoula, Montana last October.  We have had and used Mike Citron's software "Dispute Suite" since then.  We also purchased the "Business In a Box" at that time.

I have to say that these two products are priceless.  The software is the most exceptional way to organize our customers and keep track of your dispute letters and dispute results.  I don't know how anybody else does it without this program.  The Business in a Box has been my guide to start and build my business from Day 1.  I was lost.  Mike Citron and his team are 100% responsible for our success. 

Thanks to Mike's software, his Business in a Box, and specially his free weekly Webinars, I have learned the Credit Repair Industry from Square 1.  I have learned how to be compliant, how to serve my customers ethically, timely and responsibly. 

It makes me sad to find out that there is a JERK out there bad-mouthing a man that I admire very much.  Mike and his company do nothing but GIVE to their customers.    We all get so much free stuff from him every week at his webinars, just for attending: very valuable information, techniques and awesome books that Mike should seriously be charging us for. 

Whoever posted this complaint is obviously lying about everything. 

As far as the salesperson being pushy: I was on the phone with Mike's salesperson when we were looking into buying his products and we did not feel AT ALL pressured to buy them.  My husband finally had to say, ok George, really now, we want to buy it now, take my card number!  We got nothing but valuable information from them.  I would have paid the same price for 20% of what we got in Business In a Box.  The amount of resources that we got with it is just amazing:  Pages after pages of Credit Repair Techniques, Marketing strategies, Employee Education, etc.   

Dispute Suite's customer service is exceptional, they spend all the time you need them on the phone with you, they ALWAYS pick up the phone and they ALWAYS get your issue resolved on the spot.  As far as this guy getting "deserted by Mike": this makes no sense.  Every Wednesday we have direct access to Mike through his free live Webinars that are supposed to be only 2 hours but they always run long.  We can ask him questions that get answered right there on the air. 

I have also attended Mike's Credit Repair Bootcamp in Tampa, Florida.  I got a chance to meet him and talk to him. (We got a bunch more free stuff there too!)  A bunch of people stayed after one of the days of Seminar for the Bonus Session to which all 200 people in the audience were invited.  Mike sat down and stayed with us from 10pm until past midnight answering questions that we had about the Credit Repair Industry as well as specific questions that we had on problem files that we had at the time. 

Do not believe whoever wrote all these bad things about Mike.They are not true.

This is the most upsetting thing I have ever read.  This must be someone who is a competitor of Mike Citron and is trying to hurt him.  Mike and his staff are all very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.  They have always been there to help me with any questions I have regarding DisputeSuite. 


The Credit Repair Business in a Box is the best money anyone could spend to start their credit repair business.  They have done everything for you and it is great information.  This person is way off base and I feel sorry for him and that he had to stoop to such a level. 


I have new's for you Mr. Liar..... It does not matter what you say about Mike Citron, you can't hurt him or put him out of business.  He has 1000's of people that would love to meet you face to face and give you a piece of our minds.  Get a life and go complain about someone who truly deserves it.  I owe it to Mike Citron for my success.  Mike Citron gives, gives, gives and there is nothing I could ever do to repay him.

That is the first sign that this calm is erroneous and used to detour business from going to DisputeSuites web site. Whoever wrote this is clearly using it as a tool to damage DisputeSuites internet reputation. In fact, I would advise Mike Citron to look into a lawsuit for defamation.

I am an employee of a company that uses dispute suite and I love it.  I think that the company has a very useful and easy system.  It make my job quick and painless. 

I would think that whomever wrote this is just out for their own profit and has never really ever looked at the program.  Even a caveman could use it.

I currently use the software system AND the 'credit repair in a box' items that are reportedly being questioned in the report and I find them NOTHING SHORT OF SPECTACULAR, AMAZING & would HIGHLY recommend any new start up credit repair company. 

The information contained in both the software and the support Mr. Citron provides has proven to be INVALUABLE to the growth, expansion & profitability to our business.

Bullshit!  Whoever wrote this bullshit is a scammer, a loser, a liar!  I have worked with Mr. Citron for years now, and these allegations are a lie. 

Firstly, he's not a scammer, idiot, you are!  This is the most ludicrous allegation I have ever heard!  Mike Citron spends his time helping, guiding, and educating PROFESSIONALS (which the author of this story is clearly NOT), not ripping people off.

Mike Citron is a master net worker, and yes he is a good speaker... learn a thing or two from him a*****e.  The first thing you could seek advice on, from Mike Citron, is on how to spell.  He could teach you a thing or two.

The author of the story says he's in a hospice and spent his last $2000 with Mike. HA HA.  That is the funniest thing I have ever heard.  Just plain STUPID.  Is that how weak you imagination is?  In a hospice?  If you're in a hospice, why in the world would you be looking to start a business?  Idiot.

It is clear from reading all of the posts here, that this scam post will not be taken into consideration from anyone looking to do business with Mike Citron.  If you are thinking about doing business with Mike, consider the following:

1. He will NEVER rip you off-- for ANY amount of money
2. He will teach you business-- We all know you need a lesson in that (author).
3. He will help your business grow-- Only if you plan to run it in compliance and follow all of the rules.

Again, I have personally worked with Mike Citron, and am HONORED that he has allowed me to!  We run one of the only retail front credit services stores on the east coast, inside one of the most prestigious Shopping Malls in the world... We could NOT have been able to handle the volume in sales without his sophisticated credit software and his priceless advice.

Lastly, to the author of this ridiculous and frivolous story--- Get a life, you're the biggest idiot in town.  Your story sucks and nobody will ever believe it.  You're a fool who is clearly jealous of his success.  Loser.

Total Opposite of My Experience With Mike Citron

Time constrains me to write all I would like to say, but most importantly, as a Dispute Suite and "Credit Repair Business in a Box" user, as well as an attendee to two no-holds-barred conferences covering all aspects of credit repair, bringing hundreds of credit repair companies together (both long-established and young companies) from across the nation, AND, as a webinar attendee of 80% of His weekly webinars the last 1.5 years, I attest that my experience was the complete opposite of the submitter of the original report's experience. If, and that is a big IF, his report has any truth to it, then it is indeed an anomaly, completely not normal. However, I believe it is completely bogus for the same reason mentioned by other submitters of rebuttals. I have had a great, positive experience with Mike and his company and products. His staff is very professional and helpful, and have answered the phone EVERY time I have called and have returned emails in a prompt time-frame. Mike himself has replied to emails and phone calls all without having to, or not having to promise as much. That is the kind of guy he is. He believes in give, give , give, before asking. No one is perfect, but as far as his business dealings and conduct go, I would have to say he does it just about perfectly.

Anyone who stumbles upon this report, and reads the original and all the rebuttals and STILL decides to believe the original and act upon it, is just looking for any excuse to believe the worst, and wouldn't believe his own mother, in my opinion--and I would not want him on any jury in a trial in which I was the defendant, because he would not know how to judge the evidence clearly presented. In other words, from the evidence presented and available, don't believe the original report. It is one big story with nothing to support it.

I have said enough. Judge for yourself.

Dispute Suite is a life saver

Two years ago, I purchased the Dispute Suite System and Credit Repair business in a box as well. When I purchased the software it was out of desperation, because at the time I had NO JOB, NO CAR, and I was HOMELESS! 


Dispute Suite has always been there for me.  All you have to do is call and speak with the staff. Mike also promised me he would help and so far he has delivered BIG TIME! His staff is always available, he hosts credit repair bootcamp twice a year, and he does a weekly FREE webinar teaching you credit repair. As far as the software is concerned there are a step by step videos teaching you everything, you just have to login and watch them. I have over a hundred affiliates that are only with me because of the Dispute Suite and they absolutely LOVE the system. I suggest you log into the system and click play on the videos and learn the system. You night want to attend the FREE weekly training webinar. Or better yet give your daughter the system and let her make a fortune with it!

I also want to state for the record, I don't actually believe you are a real customer, you are probably a competitor of Dispute Suite and you cant compete, so you are doing this as a way to discredit a GREAT company and frankly a great giving man. You should spend your time and energy creating something better, but I doubt you have that ability.

Mike Citron offers Incredible Value

Mike Citron offered us the opportunity to purchase the same "business in a box" described by the victim mentality person who posted the complaint I am responding to.


Mike Citron has developed the most comprehensive library and information resource in for credit repair imaginable. I was so impressed with the contents of "business in a box" that I chose to attend his credit bootcamp and ask 3 other business partners to attend it with me. That bootcamp was also an investment of more than $2,000.

I am in touch with a lot of people who attended that bootcamp who have nothing but Great Things to say about Mike Citron's company, his "business in a box", his staff, his knowledge, his willingness to help people, and on and on. By the way, the people who attended the bootcamp with me had an absolutely amazing experience and were extremely grateful that I made them aware of it.

Bottom line: Mike Citron provides Far More value than anything he charges for anything. His primary goal is to serve as an advocate for consumers in need of credit repair and as an advocate to the credit repair industry as a whole.

Furthermore, every time I call Mike's office, his staff is courteous and extremely knowledgeable, and they Always Return calls or emails quickly.

I would go so far as to say that anyone entering the credit repair business who is aware of Mike Citron and doesn't access his knowledge in some way will spend years attempting to reach the success level of someone else who does access Mike's information and tools to succeed within compliance of the law.

Oh yeah! I forgot to mention that Mike Citron is developing the first non-profit company to support the credit repair industry as a lobbying group and isn't going to take a "dime" in profit.

I'm sure there will be countless Raving Fans of Mike Citron who will leave Strong Rebuttals like this one, making it easy for you to decide the truth for yourself.

PS - if the complaining victim WAS going to give the $2,000 to his daughter, then why did he give it Mike Citron's salespeople instead? They don't "hard sell" you into buying their services. They actually make sure you are absolutely sure of what you are purchasing and make all expectations perfectly clear. 

PS II - It's easy to make Other People Wrong when you're out of integrity. Sorry the guy is in hospice, but the bottom line is, he ripped his daughter off and needed a scapegoat! You actually have to do some work and help people to make money! If you find a business where you just pay $2,000 and millions of dollars just come to you for doing nothing, let me know!

Report: Dispute Suite Credit Repair System

I have worked with and currently use both "Dispute Suite Software," and the "Credit Repair Business in a Box," and have never had a problem getting a hold of Mike Citron when questions arise. The Credit Repair Business in a Box contains so much information that i still haven't used everything. However, the items that i have used so far have been a tremendous help in building and maintaining our business.

We have been using his systems for almost two years now and I am very proud to report that it has worked exceedingly well. This is not a get rich quick system or plug and play automation that works when you don't. You have to be prepared to learn, really comprehend what you read (and be willing to do some research when you don't). Then utilize what you learn in a totally moral and ethical way. If you are looking for a short cut this isn't the business for you.

There are numerous Credit Repair companies that make illegal promises and guarantees about the services they can provide. Well, the first thing i learned from Mike Citron is to stay legal, compliant, and never risk my personal or our business integrity to make a few bucks. He has taught me what protections we have as consumers and what to do to ensure that my rights are not being violated and in turn do the same for our clients.

I also attend his weekly webinars in which he answers a range of questions from people that are both new and veterans to the credit repair business. He also tries to keep us up to date on any new consumer protection information that could directly affect our clients and us personally.

I'm really sorry that you feel scammed, but for all the reasons above and so many more i just don't see how that could have happened. Mike is a very open person and will give, give, give, and give some more without hesitation.

I pray that your health improves so that maybe you'll have a chance to try again and utilize the products that you have purchased. Take a little more time to learn the full potential of what you have. Maybe you can have a friend or family member look at it  with you (without adding your opinion) and see what they think. Sometimes two heads are better than one.

You've already purchased it may as well try to make the most of it!

Brigham Young's report is pure fiction

This report by "Brigham Young (Salt Lake City Utah), U.S.A. is purely fictitious. For one, the name "Brigham Young" is the name of an American leader in the Latter Day Saint movement June 1, 1801 August 29, 1877 who  was the founder of Salt Lake City. I find it unlikely that he is still kicking around and getting into the credit repair business!


Secondly, read the report... now the man is broke and in a hospice over buying a credit repair biz kit... give me a break!  Even I can make up more believable sob stories! 

My personal experience with Mike Citron has been nothing short of amazing! He always under promises and over delivers! He offers so much support for his clients and always gives more than he receives. 

Mike is a leader in the credit repair industry and is working to improve the standards of the industry. Mike should be commended for all he does for his clients and the industry as a whole!

This complaint is nonsense

I purchased Mike Citron's business in a box.  I also use Mike's software Dispute Suite.  


I think this complaint is a complete joke. Honestly, I think this must even be a competitor. 

My credit business has exploded over the last 2.5 years based on Mike's ideas.  EVERY time I have EVER called his office, I have always received help.  

Mike even hosts FREE webinars to help people with marketing ideas and EVERYONE is invited whether you use his services or you don't.  I don't know too many people that give away FREE advice for hours EVERY week to non-customers.

I just attended the Credit Repair Boot Camp in Tampa last month where I received a TON of GREAT marketing ideas.  And again, Mike didn't even try to sell his product to the crowd.

Anyone who knows Mike or Dispute Suite will tell you they go out of there way to help, have a great product and service, and they give away more free advice, tips, and tools than any company I have seen in any industry.  

You do have to actually implement the system, but if you do that you will find this is the best system in the industry for teaching people how to run an effective, profitable, and ethical credit business.

DON'T take my word for it and DON'T listen to the original poster. Call Dispute Suite yourself and ask them for referrals. 

They have thousands of people just like me who love and appreciate what they do for the credit industry.

They can and will EASILY prove this complaint is a JOKE.

I can unequivocally say that I believe you should try to pursue the appropriate channels of communication in order to receive the same excellent service my company and I have received. We currently use Mike Citrons complete product line including the Dispute Suite software, as well as the documentation and cd's you've purchased. We also call and talk to Dispute Suite on a daily basis. This company has not only supplied us with all the materials and software the have promised, they have also gone the extra mile and helped us grow our business in a big way. I think you should call Dispute Suite Technical support and follow through on all of the great information you've received to date in you documentation and cd's. Here is their number 1-877-907-8483 call them so you can resolve your issues. Believe me we service thousands of customers per month and they have help us get to where we are today. Ask for George or Mike Luce and they will help you help yourself.


I know that opening a successful, legally complaint Credit Repair Business can be an overwhelming  and daunting task but Both Mike Citron and Dispute Suite, In my opinion are the Industry Standard for all new startup CRO's.

I wish you success, yet success comes to those who help themselves call Dispute Suite Immediately so you can see what I am taking about.

Mike Citron is the Best Thing That Ever Happened to Me and My Family!

When I first read this Rip-off Report, I was very upset! Why? Because first of all, the "Story" (and that's exactly what it sounds like - a story) described here is the complete opposite of what Mike Citron is made of!

Judging from my personal experience with Mike Citron and DisputeSuite, when Mike says he's going to do something, he does it. When he says he wants to help you, he means it and he does. He's responsible (by the grace of my God, of course) for the increase of my own personal income from a couple hundred dollars per month to more than $3,500 per month and I don't just mean because I bought his software and his training course ... I mean because he has taken the time, on several occasions, out of his busy schedule to help me grow my business whenever I've run into challenges. Mike has consulted with me at his own expense - didn't have to pay a dime - on several occasions when he didn't have to (and yes, he's an extremely busy man). He has introduced me to a ton of resources that has truly helped my business and he has introduced me to a ton of other people who has also helped grow my business.

Before meeting Mike, I thought I knew credit restoration but I had no idea of how much more there was to learn. His training course and live Bootcamps have exposed me to everything I needed to know to start and grow a legitimate business in this industry and as I continue to align myself with Mike Citron and his company, I continue to learn even more.

Furthermore, Mike Citron is "THE" advocate for credit repair compliance, credit repair integrity, and ALL credit repair companies operating morally, ethically, but most of all LEGALLY. That's what Mike teaches and focuses on. In fact, he has so much already in the works to help change the bad name in this industry and that being said, this "Story" just seems to me to be an out right LIE!

I'll tell you something else ... before this Report suddenly appeared, there was a discrepancy regarding compliance between Mike and another credit repair business owner. Now I don't know whether or not this has anything to do with that. But it sure seems coincidental to me that someone would put out these false claims and try to ruin this good man's reputation right after he just recently spoke out against the way this particular company was doing business and something that he strongly felt to be illegal and non-compliant in the credit repair industry. Yes, this happened live on a big webinar that he does every week so lots and lots of people heard it which obviously made some other folks mad (and perhaps it could've been dealt with a little differently) BUT ... it is what it is ... Mike Citron is an advocate for keeping this industry compliant and so he said his peace without caring about what anyone else thought of it because his ultimate goal is compliance, compliance, compliance in the credit repair industry and if you, as a credit repair company dont get that, then too bad ... do business in another field ... we're trying to change this industry for the better, not the worst.

Again, I don't know if this is why these faulty claims have come about or not. And I'm not alleging that it is, rather that it's a possibility. But I do know that Mike Citron and his company as well as his staff are the best people in this industry to be aligned with and I've met quite a few other companies similar to his.

So if you're seeking to start an ethically legitimate credit repair business, then you most definitely should work with Mike and DisputeSuite. And I feel so strongly about it, that if I could, I would publicly post my telephone number here to speak with you personally but unfortunately, it's against Rip-off Report's TOS so I can't do that. Nonetheless, I hope my feedback has helped steer you away from this faulty report. Don't believe the HYPE! Mike Citron and his staff are wonderful people to work with and they will equip you with the tools you need to be successful.

Not sure why this guy wasn't happy. Mike provides a superior product and is the only guy I know that provides a LEGAL choice for building a credit repair company. He provides the frame work BUT it still takes an individual to make sales! Mike doesn't do that part. That's our job as business owners and sales people.


I guess you can't make every one happy and a lot of poeple just want a "free ticket".

I have had the pleasure of knowing and doing business with Mike Citron for a number of years. I am a customer of his.


There is not a more honorable, consumer advocate in this line of business than Mr. Citron. His mantra is "help the consumer".


I have personally needed his business support on a number of occasions, help that was beyond the norm. I have received same without any fanfare or agenda.


The support that he and his staff offer their customers is beyond what would be expected by anyone in business.


I don't believe that this complaint has any merit whatsoever.

I hope the person that wrote this obviously falsified report owns up to the fact they they are simply lying... 

My company provides technology and education information for credit repair professionals worldwide. Our software is used by more credit professionals than any other software available. Our education, through weekly webinars, live training events, and information products is looked at as the platinum standard in the industry.... .

If you search the internet, you will see 100's if not 1000's of people voluntarily speaking about their success with my products, and their love of my company...  We pride ourselves on exceeding EVERY clients expectations!

We most importantly pride ourselves on providing and promoting LEGAL, MORAL and ETHICAL practices for working with clients in the credit repair profession.

Now, onto the allegged report...

1.  The allegged report notates that it is originated from Salt Lake City UT... In review of our records we do not have ANYONE in our database from Salt Lake City, or Brigham UT that has purchased our education or software products.

2. The alleged reports notates that the person bought "Both products for $2000"... In search of our records we do not have any sales recorded that combine 2 products for a total of $2000- nor do any of our products retail prices combine to total $2000

3. "After being pressured" - Our sales team is trained in a consultative sales process that NEVER involves any pressure. The only time someone speaks to our sales reps is when there is an inbound call to inquire about our products, we do not participate in any cold calling or high pressure sales tactics

4. "Mike Citron assured me that he would personally help me" - This is a blatant lie... I have never, and will never promise to personally help anyone...  I have helped people in the past, and will continue to help... But it is a bonus that is not part of the sales process, or offered in conjunction with a sale.. This person alleged that I promised him... But then he states that my sales rep pressured him... Just simply doesn't add up...

5. "Took me to the ground with the last $2000 to my name due to my health condition"... C'mon... Who in their right mind would believe that someone who is hospice would spend his last $2000 on a credit repair program to start a business... This is obviously something that someone made up in an attempt to harm my reputation... I would be happy to speak to this alleged person publicly in any forum that is chosen by this alleged individual at ANY TIME!!!! This is a scam from someone who either doesn't like me, or is threatened in some way by the way I help people...

My motto is GIVE GIVE GIVE GIVE then GIVE some more before you ever ask for a sale... ANYONE that has reviewed any of my materials, 1000's of testimonials, or spoken to anyone that has knows this to be true... My weekly webinar (That is FREE for anyone to attend- NO STRINGS ATTACHED) is designed to give free information to those in the industry so they can successfully help consumers in need, and so they can continue to practice as a legal, moral and ethical credit repair company!

6. "Never answers my phones after I mailed him the check"... This tops it all... WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS!!!!!! - We only accept checks from our corporate clients that are pre-approved to pay for their monthly services by check... Additionally we have customer service reps that answer phones 5 days a week from 10am -7pm EST... We ALWAYS answer our phones as that is the way we do business- and ANYONE that asks for to speak to me personally gets through directly or has an appointment set by my personal assistant... If anyone wants to check and see that that truly happens... they can call my office and see protocal... I happily talk to EVERYONE that calls... EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT A CLIENT...

The person that wrote this is obviously attempting to hurt me... which I'm not concerned about... The individual mentions Karma in this alleged report...Which I am a believer in, therefore I am happy to know that this will be taken care of on it's own... Anyone that knows me - knows the truth... Anyone that doesn't... Will quickly learn by doing biz with me, or by talking to anyone that does...

As I clearly stated... I am happy to talk to this person in a public forum... As a matter of fact... I invite this individual to speak at any of my live events, or webinars- and he/she can speak his/her mind in front of an audience...  This is a 100% authentic invite...  or if this person is willing to share in a different medium, I'm happy to oblige at the medium of its choice... 

It's sad to see that someone would stoop this low in an attempt to hurt someone else... instead of simply working hard to help oneself...

Best of luck to anyone and everyone who considers entering the credit repair biz... Whether you are a client or not, we are always happy to help you succeed.. as that helps the industry as a whole..
