The company has identified themselves as Distinct Advantage, further research on this name in Florida lists Distinct Advantage Premium Finance. When Distinct Advantage Premium Finance was contacted they assured that they are not associated with this other Distinct Advantage, and they themselves have filed claims against against this other Distinct Advantage with the Attorney General's office in Florida.

Additional illegal activity from Distinct Advantage consists of multiple calls within one day; approximately 30-40 each day constituing harassement. Furthermore, the call times begin as early as 6:00am and continue as late as 11:00pm-many of which are computer generated, which also constitues harassement.
