Divine No refund of money Nationwide

We ordered the 4.99 trial CBC oil for the. 4.99. We received that plus another product for 5.99 that we did not order. Next month there were 2 separate charges for around $90 each. We called 800# that we ordered from requested these charges be reversed. We got one refund back on September 29,2017, however, we were told that other would have to be in form of check. Today is Feb.15 and we still have not received that check. We have been calling repeatedly andget the run around everytime. They can't contact mfg by phone only in writing. Im always told takes 4-6 weeks. It has been 3 1/2 months still no check. Do not waste your time or money in ordering from them as you will never get any satisfaction from them and jot stand behind their refund. We paid them directly, jot the mfg. I feel like the refund should come from the company we paid and let them get divine to reimburse them. These people are a joke being a third party for some company out of India!!
