Dcse withheld over $1200 of my taxes in February of this year and by law has to mail it back out to me. They first claimed they never got it until the middle of March, even though the I.R.S told me otherwise. They then claimed they mailed it to me and it got lost in the mail. I sent them a stop payment form for the first check and was told another one would be mailed out to me. I am YET to find out why the second check hasn't been mailed to me. I asked if I could come personally pick up my check from their office and was told that wasn't allowed. It has been over 2 months and I still do not have my money, and Noone will tell me why.
