The deal was at Dec 2011 !!! I bought a machine from DJD Associates which was an excavator Komatsu PC200-6 for $28900. it was broken and Mr dennis the DJD Asscociates representative /Owner said he will fix it and i paid $2000 for that fix to be done. then , Dennis failed to fix the machine and failed to ship the machine as we agreed .( I have emails with all details).
Tue, 24 Jan 2012 : we agreed to cancell the deal and he will refud my money.
After that he delayed the process and gave so many excecuses . and after almost 5 months :
At 5/2/2012 : he transfered $500 .
At 5/31/2012 : he transfered $15000 .

May 8 , 2015 : Untill today Iam still waiting for $15400 ,,,,,, Dec2011 - May 2015 : 3 years and half
he give me more execuses every week !!!
I lost my project that i bought the machine for , I paid full loan back to my bank with interests !!!
Any help ?

I had the same thing happen to me. The police told me I have to file a report with the Attorney General's Office here:
