Around the end of July or the beginning of August my husband found a dozer for sale through the website www.machinerytrader.com. He contacted them and a guy named Dennis Desgroseilliers called him back. Dennis owns a company called Machinery USA and deals with equipment. He sent us pictures of the dozer and we wanted the dozer as it had low hours and was in great condition. The following is a description of the said dozer: 1990 Komatsu D20A-6 Dozer Crawler, Stock # EQP94 Serial # 72091 We contacted Dennis again and he wanted 10% down. We went to the bank on August 11th-2014 and wired the money over to him. In the meantime we spoke to Dennis again and asked him if he would accept $13,000.00 for the dozer. Dennis accepted the offer and said that the money we had sent him could either be used towards the purchase or towards transportation cost of $1600.00. We told him to apply our down payment towards transportation cost.

August 29th 2014 Dennis was wired over $13000.00 . Ever since all we have gotten is a run around. Dennis has come up with so many excuses as to why the dozer can’t be delivered. When I found a trucking company to deliver it, Dennis couldn’t give me a location of said dozer. To this day he has given me 3 different locations to where this said dozer is supposed to be sitting. (759 Daniel Webster Hwy, Merrimack, N.H., 101 S. Main St., Gardener Ma. and 275 Plain Street, Rehoboth, Ma.) He has claimed anything from transportation issues to now the dozer is broken and it needs to be repaired. Claimed he was having Independent Repair Service on November 7th 2014 to come and repair the dozer. Then claimed that he was having Komatsu look at it on November 20th 2014. The dozer never made it to either Independent Repair Service or to the Komatsu Dealer. We gave him a 3 week advance notice for delivery on September 22nd 2014. Dennis said he would have everything ready when we came in off the road to be here for the delivery. The delivery never happened as well as any communications from Dennis Desgroseilliers. We has missed quite a bit of work due to “the dozer will be delivered today”. We have since been trying to get our monies back, as we are paying on a loan, with interest, for something that we haven’t even gotten. Dennis has told me that he sent a check in an email dated November 15th, 2014, we never received such check. He then said that he was having the money returned to our bank, well that never happened.

In the meantime, Julie Andrich from Autumn Transport, has been trying to get Dennis to refund her the $13,000.00 plus our deposit of $1390.00. He has told Julie the same story, “I spoke to the bank Friday, it was resolved on a reverse of the wire transfer. Once again, I will check on this again this morning and make sure it is resolved.” this quote is out of an email dated Dec. 8th, 2014 from Dennis Desgroseilliers to Julie Andrich. This has been nothing but a disappointment and if Mr. Dennis Desgroseilliers is running a business, whether it is under Machinery USA, Machinetrader.com, or DJD Associates, he needs to be accountable for his actions.
