Doc Prep USA Michelle Evans, stole my money!!! Michelle Evans Thief and Liar! Lake Worth Florida

 I was reffered to Michelle Evans to file a bankruptcy for me in 2010. I hired her and paid $700. It was broken down into two payments one for her fee and one fee which she later told me about, was for the filing fee. She collected all of my documents. She advised me to allow my condo to go under since the market was flip flopped at the time. She advised not to try and pay off the condo and to wait to hear from them to get a notice of hearing and to contact her at that time.

I contacted her months later and she was unresponsive. I called for weeks and weeks leaving voicemails on her phone and she did not return the calls. I drove from Ft. Lauderdale to her office in Lake Worth twice just to catch her and I was never able to. I left hand written letters under her office door. Still no response. Someone finally picked up the phone months later, her husband I believe, stating that her mother was in the hospital and that Michelle will get back to me when she can. Never heard back. I called last year and was able to get her on the phone in which she stated to me that she no longer is in that business and she ended the call.

I just want to say Michelle, thanks to you I was homeless with two children. It's not right to steal people's money. You are a mother just as I am..what if someone left you and your children on the street? I have an attorney...and I told you previously..I will see you in court. I hope you stop ripping people off!
