Doc Prep USA Michelle Evans Took my money and did not perform services Lake Worth Florida

I am Michele Evans and I would like to tell the whole truth about Mr. Louis Torres complaint. He came to my office in 2011 wanting to do a bankruptcy. He paid me $299.00 to do so, but NEVER came back!!

I then received a phone call three years later wanting to go forward with the bankruptcy. Even though it was a woping three years later, I still honored his payment and asked him to pay a change and follow up fee for $100. I no longer had his file, not to mention my fee had gone up since then. I would have to start from scratch.

Well, instead of being grateful that even since he waited 3 YEARS to follow up with me I was still going to give him credit for his orginal $299.00 and produce his paperwork, he falsely reported me to this website. He demanded a refund. Now any person in business within reason would not give a refund after such a long period of time. Thats why the law has statutes of limitation. If Louis Torres has any good sense he would have asked for a it years ago in a timely manner!
