Doctors foster and smith Worst service for an on-line pharmacy period! Internet

This paharmacy is so slow, takes 2-3 weeks for a refill on meds with the prescription on file! quite a hardship when your animals cannot take their prescribed meds. or instead of a refill, again that is prescribed and on file, they send an email that sais sorry.. We are out of that drug, it will be several weeks before they get it in! What? Really? What kind of a mickey mouse circus are you running here!

i ordered vaccinations, paid for a 2 day delivery. These morons mailed them not only the day before a holiday, which would have been fine as their preferred carrier,( UPS), DOES deliver on Saturday. But they didn't request that! So I wouldn't have been getting these " must keep refridgerated" vaccines until the following Monday! Idiots! So I called them and brought to their attention their error. The young lady put me on hold for 10 minutes, came back and told me the manager would "allow" them to send the vaccines the following Monday, arrive on a Wednesday. That they would email me a label for the hot vaccinations to be sent back with. 4 days later, no email, no snail mail, no nothing. I called them again, ( i tried several times to email through their web site, it doesn't work). I told the young lady I had received no label, shipping confirmation for the "new" vaccines and haven't heard a peep from these "proffessional veterinarians!
