Dollar store services ,did not fulfill their contract obligations after I paid for my store ,they didn't finish the work, or send me all the merchandise to complete my store ,they didn't finish the perimeter walls ,they did not send me the correct merchandise for my store ,the build out supervisor did not think I would notice it ,they left off three main categories, picture frames, linens,and candy,however the build out supervisor tried to fake fill the space,thinking I would not notice it ,to this day ,one month later store open now ,I still don't have the merchandise, and it has caused damage to my customer base and overall business, dollar store services has also lied about C.O.G.S. cost of goods sold meeting a 54% threshold, that they constantly tell you and they never meet that goal never even come close to ,especially on merchandise that sells ,to this date drss/JW Imports/DOLLAR store services has not fulfilled their contract obligations

We provide a complete store set up including all fixtures and merchandise. Occasionally, a supplier may be out of an item and so cannot ship that item. At the end of every store set up , we provide a summary of what was ordered and shipped, and the store owner then has a credit with that supplielr for any unshipped items to be applied to a future shipment.
