I am not a disgruntled employee nor am I a friend or associate of done right automotive or rick dunn. The place should be called done wrong automotive. This place is garbage full or fraudulent employees and owners. This place is a disgrace to sevierville. This area is supposed to be filled with honest employees working to make this community better not destroy the reputation. I have heard nothing but countless harsh things about this company. I have a good heart so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I ended up being let down. The only good thing about this shop is they close on sundays. Otherwise they do not perform work they charge for! They do not use new parts or any parts for that matter. They don't answer their phone calls they just hang up on you or give you the run around. They have awful customer service.  They leave countless of unhappy unsatisfied customers. I would highly recommend taking your car to a real auto mechanic. Rick dunn is a scam artist from winter park florida.  He only hires drug addicts or unlicensed mechanics. He does not follow the law he believes he is the law. Rick dunn you need to go back to Florida because sevierville wants no more of your unethical low life mechanic scam! May you somehow find god and hope he leads you to a better life.
