Do NOT use this company. First off they will try to get you to use a check as opposed to a credit card. the reason for this is they have had so many charge-backs they are having a hard time finding a legit credit card processing company to deal with them. With a check you will have a near impossible time getting you money back.
They will tell you that you only need to pay half down and the rest upon completion. They will not wait till completion they will take the money as soon as they can. Once they have your check account number they can process whenever they like and with a credit card you will find yourself paying a lot of extra fees for things you did not agree to.
Doppler internet is NOT located outside Chicago, It is a Philippines based company. Seems to be located in Angeles City, Philippines.
Do NOT send your payment info overseas...there is little that can be done to retrieve your funds.
