Upsold a "complete e-course course" for $197  with a $47 add-on...

The course was anything but complete, and each section had an upsell for the necessary information.

The information was outdated in the US and the services I was to offer were EXTRA and most realtors are already using social networking.

When I was asked if I had a question, it was as if I did not reply.

I sent several questions on their email format, which were ignored.

I was getting spammed with 5 to 10 emails daily pushing meetings, conference calls and "training" but could not access them all.

My bank called when Aldana's company tried to debit an additional $197 after I had emailed to cancel and refund my money per their "guarantee."

I was informed by email they would SEE if I could get a refund...
