Doug Morrison K-9 Development he took our money and never returned! Internet

I found Doug on the internet to help me with my dog.  His web site looks very impressive and it makes him look professional.  When I contacted him, he came to my house that evening, which is a 2 hours drive, to see my dog and discuss options.  He really seemed to know what he was talking about and I signed a contract with him and paid him $450.  He asked for "any amount" in cash because he left his wallet at home and the rest in cheque.  I gave him $200 in cash & a cheque for $250. 

He told me to get a specific collar, which I did.  He came back 2 days later and gave us a 45 minute lesson.  He set up a time to come at 4:00 the following Sunday and he never showed up.  I haven't seen him since and he won't return my emails.  I am out $450.
