Download Provider was found by a search for a specific e-book. There was clear implication that the e-book could be found at this site. There was a $1.99 subscription fee for a 3 day trial subscription automatically renewing to a $70.00 annual subscription after 3 days unless cancelled.

After subscribing I found that not only wasn't the e-book to be found at the site but the site itself was a well crafted list of links and that no content was available at Download Provider at all. After descovering the nature of the site I unsubscribed with a loss of $1.99 for the trial subscription. This site is a total scam. Don't fall for it.
