I signed up for a 3 day trial to supposedly download large torrent files, such as music, concerts and movies at dllprovider.com. Once I signed up it took me to all these PORN sites! I sent an email to cancel my membership before they would charge any further fees to my credit card. After filling out the required form I got a message that I would receive a reply "shortly". That was 10 days ago and still no email!

I called the "contact us" telephone number repeatedly and after pressing every option available I found one that said I would be connected to an agent. The phone rang about 30 times and then a message came on saying "Our hours are between 10am to 6pm Eastern" and then hangs up on you. No matter when you call you will get this same message. I then was doing my online banking and saw two charges of $50.94 on the same day charged to my credit card that were "pending". When I called my credit card company they told me that the website was support69.com. (I had never heard tell of that site??). I went to the site and there was a form to fill out to cancel your membership that once again took you through an endless loop where you never recieve a confirmation email that your account has been cancelled. My credit card company told me that as long as I went to the site and filled out the form without recieving any response that my credit card holder can refuse any funds charged as fraudulent.

Do not get sucked in by this internet fraudulent site or ANY OF THEIR PARTNERS!! If you see ANY of the torrent sites that offer a 3 day trial for $4.87 they are all linked and will rip you off!!!

Oh, and to finally add insult to injury, when I tried to log on to the site (while they are trying to steal $100+) just to see if I could contact them from the site, it prompts me to PAY!!

Downloading illegally is probably not the best thing to admit to

First of all it completely wipes out any sympathy people might have for you and destroys your credibility.

Secondly, in the future i would highly recommend that you do some REAL research before making a snap purchase in the future. The problem with people these days is no one reads the fine print and then when they get a surprise they squeak out "Scam" or "My card was billed without my permission".

The truth is that you did give them permission it's just that you weren't wise or intelligent enough to carefully read the terms and conditions.

These are both problems you can easily fix but it takes work, good luck!
