The have a page that looks as though will allow you to search and download files however, when you search for it it shows the file and a download link, after which when clicked prompts you to pay for membership. Well I did so, as I see now on the web as so may others have, only top be told the file was not available. I requested a refund immediately and was told I would have it in 3 days. I waited 3 days and contacted them again to let them know I did not receive it. They then said, it is over 3 days, we cannot refund you. I have been nice and tried to resolve it but they refuse to credit my account. Tell everyone, THIS IS A RIP OFF SITE!!!!! I am reporting it to every search engine I can think of, and to law enforcement. REMEMBER......................
