doxylingerie.com Scam Rip Off Stole my money caused extreme amount of stress cost me a lot of time and money St. Louise Missouri

I order several hundreds of dollars of merchandise from doxylingerie.com. I was told that in-stock items were to shipped out within 24-48 hours. I made special mention that I needed the costumes right away.
However, after a couple of weeks, I still had not received my items (not even the in-stock ones). After multiple attempts to contact the company, with no responses, I finally received an email that my order was being held until all items arrived, but they now would ship out my in-stock items.

Still, a couple of weeks went by without my order. I did not receive the majority of items until it was too late to use them. I contacted doxylingerie multiple times (again!) with no response. I finally was sent an email that state I could return the unused items for a full refund.

I paid for shipping and handling again, and paid for postal confirmation on my package to make sure my package was received and would get my refund. After several days, I received confirmation that was package was received, but five (5) months later, I still have not gotten my refund as promised!

I have once again, made multiple attempts to contact doxylingerie.com, but they refuse to respond or issue a refund. I am looking into bringing a lawsuit against them.

This company is a complete SCAM and RIP OFF! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER do business with this company! They will just take your money!
