I placed an order 2 months ago for an Eileen Fisher Sweater Amber color for $80.00.

They never sent it.

I tried to contact them through their website and all I got was sketchy email from Alice Kelly <customerservicetoalice@gmail.com>.

I tried to cancel immediately after ordering but was told it had already shipped. It had only been 20 Minutes.

Nothing arrived for 2 months .Then a very cheap black   hoodie arrived made of some sticky plastic fabric. No fabric content label, no country of origin label, no brand and no size.

I have been trying for another month to get my money back. $80.00 is what they owe me. I have filed a fraud case with mastercard and hopefully that will work.

This is so horrible.  These people are in the business of stealing and they know it. This is the kind if thing that makes doing business with China on any level a bad idea.

Finally I rceieved an email saying tha they will give me $15.00. First of all who would believe them after 30 emails that they never answered. Secondly in what universe is this appropriate?  I should know better. Never again.
