My daugher Jaye (lives in Tn.) asked my daugher Dana and I to go on the Dr. Phil show to "get the family back together"
I was told with all the interviews this would help get my family back together. My daughter Dana currently taking Methodone,
on Oct 2nd she took a urine test at the clinic where she recieves the Methodone. This urine test only detected her prescriptions and the Methodone.
On Oct 8th when we appeard on the Dr. Phil show, he asked if he could administer drug test to Dana. Her results came back that she was using cocaine, extacy and marijuana. These drugs stay in the system for at least a month. Beacaue he was making myself and Dana look bad on the show, I believed he fudged the test to make her look like a drug addict.
He made us look terrible and the comments to follow where awful. I almost had a nervous breakdown when I returned home.
We want to sue Dr. Phil but we are told he has really good lawyer. This show that aired Oct 13th has torm our family apart and the show was never intended to "get the family back together"

I suppose it's possible that he fudged the results, but there's another explanation. Perhaps Dana used the drugs between her test on the 2nd and the one on the 8th?
The only real way to tell is with a hair follicle test, which would narrow down fairly precisely when drugs were used. If you really believe that Dana did not use drugs between those dates, get the test done to confirm and then hire a lawyer.

It is your own fault to go on a national show such as "Dr. Phil" in the first place. He is in it for the ratings and money not your well being or your daughters. Sure you were not looking for some free publicity? Maybe a reality show perhaps?
