Dr Wellness Hot Tub Dr Wellness Hot Tub Rec-Direct Factory Outlet. LPN INC Rec-Direct Factory Outlet Laguna Bay Spas, Leisure Products, Dr. Wellness The tub leaks bad. Multiple repair men have been called not 1 will look at it. I have replace the pump and the new one leaks. I do not gat any help from the factory just find you own repair man. No help at all Jacksonville Florida Nationwide

sent 1st email about leak on 10/15/2014 9 moths after getting it.
No one will come out and fix it. They will not even recomend you are on your own.
April 2016 still leaking HELP

Back again for the record this is my 4th spa spanning 28 years the first one had 7 jets and one pump the rest all had 70+ jets. Dr wellness purchased May 2013 installed in Aug 2013 three years old. Today I found leaks 7 & 8 never had a leak in the others. Motor #3 will not start just hums, replaced the capacitor still hums, got is running only by turning it with a screw driver can hear the bearings and the seal is leaking bad Need to replace. In 2014 the main pump seal was bad they sent a new pump and motor and I installit.Told them It was a bit louder than the original now its very loud. This is why I am looking at others pumps, these should last more than 3 years.
What is very disturbing in the pump has a big sticker that says 6 HP the spec says 6 HP and for comparison when purchased is ask that again. The motor to replace it is 4HP/ 12Amps THIS IS NOT A 6HP
LOOK it up cheap "Guangdong model WUA400-1 pump"
PS still finding leaks the nuts holding the jets are loose only the spray foam is keeping them sealed and that is now breaking down and causing leaks.
If they had a service man come out and look at it when I asked Maybe ??
