 The x-6 spa with cover spa was purchased on 11/2/13 and delivered on 11/22/2013 the first thing we notice that the side was waped I contacted my sales representative Eric Moody he gave me the number for technical support I talkd to Billy and he ordered me replacement panels which I had to install, the spa work fine for about a month till just before new years 12/31/13 and I started getting a errro message. I called the servce tech again and told him the error code he told me it was the heater and would send me a replacement. I installed the new heater the spa work fine for a few months then I got the error code again I called the service tech again and talked to Ray this time they ordered me a master control board and a new heater and set up a repairman to come to my home on 2/23/14 the replacement board and heater were installed the repairman could not get the spa to start and said we must have go a bad board he ordered a new master control board when the new one arrived I instaled it, the spa still would not start up I called back got a hold of another service tech he told me to check the code on a circuit board gave me the right settings and a spa started up work fine for 3 or 4 months got a code, Spa would not heat called service tech they sent me out anoher heater for the spa, work fine for a few more months went to use spa for New Years 12/31/14 there was a familiar code spy would not heat up again. I've owned this spa for a little over a year its been down for at least 3 or 4 months in that time, and has let me down for New Years 2013 and 2014. I have spent constant hours making repairs replacing parts on what's supposed to be a brand new spa! I've asked for my money back or at least replacement spa as it seems I have a lemon. I will call tomorrow and I'm sure I will be told I need another replacement heater. this is my second spa my first one was a Jacuzzi hot tub which lasted over 10 years I thought I was getting a good deal on this hot tub which I paid off 12/13/2013 it's turned out to be nothing but a headache would not recommend this company at all.
