I ordered bridesmaid dresses through dressale.com. They came very quickly but they are terrible! They do not look like the dress I ordered and the quality is horrible. There is visible stitching on the bust of the dress; some of the stitches are even green on a purple dress! The zipper (which wasn't even visible on the dress I ordered) is pink and very visible on the back of the dress I received. There is ruching on the bust of the dress which was also not on the picture of the dress I ordered. I am trying to return the items to get a refund. This was their response to me:
"hi miss
we make the dress by copy the picture ,it will be 90% similar like the picture ,ma'dm,maybe you are a person who pursuit of perfection,so you have over high expectation of the dress ,as a result, this dispute is no way to be avoided.about the sash and veil..."
I would have been satisfied if the dress was remotely wearable but the quality was so bad I couldn't use these dresses.

The satisfied responses are all written in the same poor, broken English that the company uses when they send dissatisfied customers an email... very poor command of the English language is seen in both... a coincidence???

I understand your feeling, I received my dress today and to be honest, the only reason why I purchase my wedding dress online is because of the price. The dress was delayed for 5days, at first I blamed the customer service, they apologised for that and promised to give a discount. So I received the dress yesterday and it exceeds what I thought I was going to receive. I am impress with dressale. There are a few loose threads, but not a big deal, Just snip snip, but it is well worth the money.I think you can get contact with the customer service.

I bought a dress from dressale, though it looks a little bit different from the pictures, it is satisfied. I like the dress, I introduced the company to some of my friends, they think the price is reasonable, they would like to try.
