I bought a prom dress for my daughter and requested that it look just like the photograph on the webpage. I received the dress within a week and it looks very cheap and the colors are completely wrong.
The photo on their webpage shoes a dress in light blue, white and dark blue colors. The dress we received is a light blue/aqua, bright yellow and dark blue. The top layer of tulle on the skirt is too short. The dress looks only a little like the dress in the photo and the yellow is awful and very bright.
I emailed the company who asked me to send pictures of the dress I received, which I did. I got an email back stating the dress is still a beautiful dress and my daugther should wear it and they will give me a discount on my next order. I demanded my money back or a new dress to which they responded the original dress is yellow and I got what I ordered and I should find someone to fix it if I don't like it.
I have opened a dispute through Paypal. I do not have anymore money to buy another dress so now my daughter does not have a dress for her senior prom.

Hi. I know how you feel, I placed an order on March 22 and I received my daughter dress last weekend. The dress was nothing like the picture. It was a mess where you can see the different color threads that they used on the dress. It was ripped and when i emailed them they told me the same thing that you wrote. I just filed a complaint with paypal but dont know how thats going to turn out but hoping for the best. What happen with you in all this?

I received my gown from dresses1000.com within 2 weeks, and it is beautiful, the color is great and fit perfectly. They called me to confirm the color and size, and answered all my questions patiently. Their staff and products are amazing, I will still recommend my friends to this site.
