DRESSES1000.COM MAGICMISS.COM BEAUTIFUL DRESSES ONLINE BUT WHEN SENT TO YOU ITS CHEAP AND UGLY! Internet

 I ordered a dress online which was very beautiful, I was hesitant at first bc of it being an online company.  They called and emailed me over and over so I could order.  I finally do, and to a huge disappointment.

I ordered the dress which was supposed to be exactly like the picture except the black was to be teal. (chosen off of their color chart). 

They emailed me and I had it custom made and measured her.  I received the dress and was in shock of how UGLY it was.  The colors were not like the picture at all and you can't blame it on the resolution of the screen!  I called and have been going through all types of agony trying to get a refund.  They tell me the dress is pretty and to keep it.  It is not and it is for my daughters Quince which I need the dress to do anything else for planning the party.  They then say it will cost me $95 to ship it back and then I need to pay a restocking fee of $45!

What?? I paid 196.59 and you want me to pay $140 to send it back?  She then replied the dress is beautiful it would be better for me to keep it.  I don't want the dress I want the dress my daughter asked for I paid all that money and they want me to order again?

Said they made a stupid mistake, but yet the customer has to pay for it.  On their website it says if it is clearly wrong I should ask for a refund, well it is and they refuse and want me to buy another one! 

I opened a dispute with PayPal and Li Qin denied it.  I am a single working mother and don't have the money to buy another one.
