Dresslily Order never showed up Internet

Never order from Dresslily. I ordered a shirt and they claim it was shipped out on January 26. I contacted them via their website at the beginning of march to say that it had not shown up yet. They said that it takes 10-25 days and sometimes even 45 days to arrive. So they asked me to wait a couple more days.  On March 20th I contacted them again and told them that I still did not get it and I wanted my refund. Then they asked me to contaxct my post office and see if it was there. Which I didn't because they were ticking me off at this point. On the 23rd I asked them to please refund my money. They asked if the address was correct and it was. On the 24th they asked me to wait one more week. On April 8th I asked for my refund again. They gave me two options. Either they would send out a new one or I can get 50% of what I paid for the shirt. I of course replied that I would like the whole amount. They told me that I did not pay for insurance on the package so I only get half. I received my refund of half the cost on the 15th of April. 

This site is a total ripoff and a scam. Do not order from them.
