I ordered a 112.00 flat iron and after using it once was unhappy. Since I opened the box, they will not credit back my credit card-will only issue store credit. There is also no free return shipping. So my advice is to be sure that what you want is satisfactory because once opened there is no option except store credit. Bad policy!!
