Drugstore.com, Beauty.com Damaged, useless item; unable to review product on site; terrible customer service Bellevue Washington

I ordered (on 8/29) one bottle of 8.5 oz Floradix Floravital Iron + Herbs. I did received the product in a reasonable amount of time, but unfortunately this is irrelevant as the condition of the product and packaging was disgusting when it arrived. The box was warped, wet and disfigured, the product label was nearly off the bottle, the bottle was dirty and the dosing cup was broken. This is completely unacceptable.

I am pregnant and was told specifically to get this product by my midwife and to begin taking it immediately as I have developed iron deficiency anemia and need supplemental iron for me and my baby. Due to all the problems with this shipment, I still have no iron to take.

I have asked for an immediate refund and received only an automated response. Furthermore, each and every time I click on "write a review" on the product page, I am automatically logged out of the website and told to log back in, which then does not work. This happens on multiple computers/devices and in multiple browsers. I believe the five existing reviews for this product (which show 5 stars) on the site are fake/solicited and real users are blocked from reviewing.
