DSL Extreme failed to provide dsl speed, 3 hrs wait for call return and still bind you in a contract , Internet

Signed up for 3.0 high speed internet contract with DSL extreme. They NEVER were able to deliver that. each time when I called and reported , it would get better for a day or so and then go back  down to .6 speed. If you call for service in the evening , one has to wait for a call back which in my case took 3hrs of wait time and got a call back at 9 at night. After all this when I called to change to AT&T I was informed that DSL extreme takes the signal from AT&T and sells it further. And was also told that dsl extreme cannot provide me the speed that they promised over the phone line as even AT&T cannot do that for them to my address. Called dsl extreme to cancel, they tell you that you are bound by the contract even though they could not provide what they said they will.
