DTE Energy DTE I moved in to my aparetment complex 6/6/2015. The first electric bill was 91 dollars. The second was 312 and the 3rd was 312 how is that? It is a 2 bedroom apartment with me and my son that is all. Roseville Michigan

I moved from a home with central air which I have lived in since 1997 and never received a bill in the summer more than 245.00 for just electric in a home. My stove was also electric as well as my washer and dryer.  My air always ran.   I moved into an aparment, just my son and I and have received 312.00 electric bils.  The partment is half the size of home.  I had them come out and check the meter

They said they did but come to find out that they have to obtain a key first, they did not .  They went out again and my bill just came back 294.00.    Am I getting ripped off or what?
