Dunn & Bradstreet Disinformation about my company Short Hills, New Jersey

My company is debt free and I pay all the bills in a timely manner, however I received an unsolicited report from Dunn & Bradstreet saying: Moderate risk of financial stress based on SER (supplier evaluation risk) rating range of 4-6.
I called Dunn & Bradstreet and asked how they arrived at this rating. The person said that none of my suppliers had given any report and that the last report was in 1994.

Therefore instead of leaving the information blank they were giving information which didn't have. I asked about correcting this information and the person said they will email me the forms to fill out for a cost of $780.00. Naturally I refused the offer.
My credit is well established with my major suppliers and I don't really need the credit but some of my future major customers may look at this report and raise an eyebrow and cause me to lose contracts. I wish they would mind their own business and stop sending information about my company that they don't have.
