DvdDonkey.com SCAM!!!!!! They take your order/money the DAY you order and then NEVER send product Internet Internet

My fiance has been wanted the Spiderman and His Amazing friends Series for ages....I decided for a great christmas gift I would find it, stupid me, I didnt research the sites before ordering....I gave them my information and that same day I was charged 84.18 on my credit card...they said that they would be sending me a confirmation email in the next 24-48 hours with the tracking number...well, I didnt receive one, so I called (this is on December o1,2007) it seemed a little fishy when I called, it seemed as if the answering service was a loop. It would ask you to say your name after the tone then would ring and say that all representatives are busy no one is available to take your call please leave a msg..I did. There is also an option to talk to a live representative on a chat box, you click and wait..I kept mine open ALL day at work but no operator, so at this time Im sweating bullets, I research and find a DIFFERENT number other than 877-7-TV-SHOW, I find 305-677-9538, this time I actually get a live person named John, he sounded legit..so I didnt worry anymore, he told me a tracking number and the site to go to for it..and it was shipped out that day from Canada, I hang up go to the site...nothing...the next day I go to the site and the tracking number he gave me says its in Brosard, QC and its at a post office for pick up!!!!! So needless to say I got some fake tracking id. I call that same exact number again and the line has been disconnected!!! NOW i cant get ahold of ANYONE! Its January 4, 2008 and still no dvd set.....and im scammed almost $90!....this has to be solved.
