I ordered dvd boxset and it was faulty. I received an email from Jeff Jocob and he said to post back faulty goods and within 5 to 8 days i would get a full refund back onto my credit card.

That was 8th november 2007 today is 11th december and i have not received my refund or have i had any response from my many emails.

There is no phone number on the wedsite, which states that there is a 30 day money back guarentee.
