Waited 3 weeks for my item and still nothing. Called Dvor and waited 15 minutes and then a message came on saying "we can't take your call." They don't return voice messages. Called last week to find out about this order, and was told this matter would be escalated. It was not and no one had the courtesy to respond to lime either telephonically or via email.

When I purchased the items, the website stated 5 days to ship. THEY LIED!! Its been 15 days and nothing. They ask for patience during a busy time. I'm out of patience for your TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HIRE MORE WORKERS.

Time, trouble and aggravation, not worth buying from these jokers! MY ADVICE, AVOID THEM AND BUY ELSEWHERE!!
