I have the same exact story as the first complaint, except my sales person was a woman named Katie Trevett. The scam was the exact same, word for word. I didn't become concerned until I decided to contact the company when I never received my product and found there is no contact phone number and severely sites in the search engines saying Buyer Beware.

When I went to the website there is only an area in which I can give them my contact information. I also put in my receipt number on their website only for there to be an error. I lost $69 from this scam. If you recently made a purchase with this company, place a stop payment on your check immediately! I am going to check into small claims court and I now know never to buy anything from anyone ever again that comes knocking on my door. 

I hope somebody puts an end to these people and that all of us unsuspecting victims can win our money back in court.
