Eproauction, E-Pro Auction, Tekmeds Fraudulant Charges, hiden in Terms, unauthorized membership fees, unethical practices Ripoff Orem Utah

I was interested in startig a home based ebay business. I signed up for an information CD for $2.95 and paid for it online with my card. Today I found a charge on my account for $49.95.

After I googled the eproauction name I found they are charging a membership fee of $49.95 per month unless you cancell via phone. After calling the company they told me I was informed through the small print in the terms and condition with my request for the ebay info CD.
I had called my bank and let them know that I had a false charge on my account. They said they would take it off and file fraud charges for the transaction. I called the toll free # 800-530-3813, and told them I was not paying for this either way. They could remove the charges themselves, or my bank would, with fraud charges attached.

The operator told me she would have to put me on hold to talk to her supervisior. I told her I would like to speak with them myself. She said they were not available, so I asked, "Then who are YOU going to talk to?" I then got a "please hold" and there I was placed for about 30 seconds.

When she returnedshe informed me that she is cancelling my membership and retracting the $49.95 charge made to my account today. It will take 10 to 14 business day she said.

My bank has cancelled my card and has flagged the transaction. If they do not retract the charge, my bank will with the fraud charges. I feel that anyone who calls their bank will get the same result when this company is threatened.

I also asked the operator how she felt about working for such a company, she did not reply.

This company is also applying charges under the name Tekmeds.com for $29.95, another hidden membership ploy.
This company should be stopped and fined for their unethical practices.
