In 1997 I purchased a 1997 Ford Taurus GL from Earnhardt Ford, and about 1 month later I was rear-ended. When the car was towed to another Ford dealer I was advised that my car was actually a Taurus G model. I then contacted EarnHardt's and spoke to the Manager, having a copy of my paperwork showing that I purchased a Taurus GL. They would not do anything for me, then after a couple of months I was sent a copy of an arbitrators report, also telling me that they could do nothing.
