Earnhardt Dodge Bait and Switch Gilbert, Arizona

I sent a request for information on a certain car advertized on WWWAZCentral.com.  I received an email stating that someone would be calling.  I did receive a call about 30 minutes later.  When I asked about the car I was told that the car was going to be "wholesaled off" when I asked him what that meant he said it meant that it was going to auction.  I asked if the car was available for purchase on the lot and he said no.  I said "so this car has never been available for sale on the lot?" and he said no, but the proceeded to try to tell me that he had many other cars which were so much nicer and just a few thousand dollars more.  I reminded him that bait and switch is illegal and hung up the phone.  Happily they have not called again.
