Okay so this company or rather Crooks, took money out of my account, when A.) the thirty day trial hadn't end, B.) I had already cancelled. C.) then tried to to say it was from a different account, which I haven't used that account in over a year and just looked into earth class on the 13th of this month for the first time. I even have the emails where their Sales rep tried emailing me on the 13th and on the 20th. Whats funny is the first rep I spoke to couldn't find me, in their system, and kept trying to stall, obvisouly while he did a google search to find one of my other emails, well you failed as the one he chose is one I havent used in over a year. I had to request a refund from him serveral times and he just kept dancing around the subject before I got upset and had to request someone else, then he laughs at me when I ask for a manager and passes me off to his neighbor next to him I suppose because if that was a supervisor, they have bigger problems then my refund. She too was dancing around the subject instead of just apologizing and and saying ill take care this right away considering the charge had been done that day and could be voided and sent straight back to my bank with no waiting, instead she doesnt, and I am still waiting, which mind she said she would and even sent me a confirmation say that she did and that it was done... Still I dont have my 99.00 back and have now wasted count less hours sending them messages in which i get no repsonse and or generic emails. They are liars and theives. Her email: Your cancellation is set up and full refund processed for your account ECM 27523. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for doing business with Earth Class Mail.   • Our side of the story:

The Customer signed up, provided billing information, and redeemed a coupon for two (2) free months of plan fees. Our billing for plan fees is pre-paid, so on the day of the coupon's expiration our system automatically charges the Customer's credit card for the next month of service.

The Customer reached out and requested a cancellation after the charge went through for month three (3). We honored the request and sent an email confirmation immediately following the Customer's request made by phone.

The Customer expected the refund to be processed back to his bank/card-issuer immediately. When this expectation was not met, the Customer became hostile toward Support Staff. 

The Customer left multiple hostile and abrasive voice messages, emails, and comments on social networks. This includes threatening messages from the Customer, incinuating physical harm toward our Support Staff. These messages were reported, and are being investigated by Facebook.

Unfortunately, we have very limited (if any) control over how quickly a bank/card-issuer processes a refund. All that we can do as a vendor is to issue the refund. The money comes out of our account and the bank/issuer is the middleman in between.

We issued the refund and honored the Customer's request in an expiditious manner. The processing time of his bank/card-issuer is not within our control.

The Customer behaved in an extremely hostile manner toward our Support Staff.
