East Coast Moving Systems Daughter's College Furniture Ripoff Hard to Repalce Music Intellectual Property Gone Plantation Florida

My daughter was a music student at a pretigious music school in Boston. She had lots of furniture and more importantly most of her sheet music, CDs, notes and textbooks from undergraduate and recent graduate school. I contracted with East Coast Moving Systems to collect the furniture and store it for 3 months. I paid about $670 down on a $980 contract which expanded to $1925 after the two movers saw the furniture. On April 25, 2004, was the last time I saw the furniture in Boston. Jenny (of East Coast Moving Systems)was supposed to call me with the location of the furniture. I starting calling again in late July to have the furniture sent to Maryland, our home, but had trouble getting through and was asked to call a dispather who was never there. Finally I told the person on the main number to call their own dispatcher. All I get now are messages to leave a voice message on telephone where the messages are too full to leave a message. No one returned my messages anyway when I got through a couple of times in early August. I of course wondered why no one called me to ask for a moving date and location for the money I owned. And another thing, the lead driver, Steve, tried to increase my bill by several hundreds of dollars and I had to pay him a large tip ($150) for him and his partner to split so that the total bill remained at $1925. I suspected a ripoff by August but after seeing this ripoff website I know my daughters furniture and music intellectual property (worth tens of thousands of dollars) is gone and is gone. Someone needs to pay or to go to jail!!
