I had my 2002 jeep grand cherokee towed into East Hills Jeep service department due to NO START. Spent 3 Hours waiting in the service department until they found out what was wrong with the vehicle. Left the dealership with the vehicle after the claimed to have "repaired it", but noticed several other problems with the vehicle such as:
the transmission would SLAM very LOUD when shifting gears and the car would shut off when shifting.
The Transmission was not shifting properly while driving and the car would rev the engine when pressing the gas, The transmission is not shifting properly anymore!
The engine light was on when the car was retuened to me.
DO NOT GO BACK TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY BREAK THINGS IN YOUR CAR AND DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS WHEN YOU CALL TO COMPLAIN. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE AT EAST HILLS JEEP!!!
