On June 30, 2008 I purchased a Kodak C813 Easyshare digital camera. It did not work. I returned the camera to United Camera Repair per instructions. I received a new camera from Kodak. That camera did not work. I returned that camera and received a 3rd Kodak C813 camera. That one did not work. It's been 2 months since I bought the first camera and I am still waiting to get a working digital camera from Kodak. I've paid to ship back 3 cameras and have yet to get one that works. Kodak can't even send me a camera that works! Two of the cameras I got directly from Kodak and they didn't even work!! Do not buy anything with the name Kodak on it because it probably won't work properly and you'll just be out of a lot of money. I've written letters to the Kodak BOD but received no satisfaction. The company and it's products totally suck.
